Your Role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by rocking out strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You hold down the daily operations of the store as needed, train, motivate, celebrate associates, and drive sales results. You represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

• Drive sales on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room by maximizing productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values and hold associates accountable to AEO service standards.
• Recruit and hire strong talent, train and develop associates to maintain a Guest First culture.
• Set clear performance goals, provide real‑time coaching, and celebrate outstanding performance.
• Execute and innovate visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to all company policies.

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous retail management experience leading teams.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and time‑management skills.
• Business acumen and flexible availability to work during guest hours.
