• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Effective presentation of information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and employees.
• Common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uncomplicated written or oral instructions.
• Physical ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service to customers.
• Assist customers throughout shifts.
• Clean, fill, and rotate cheese and deli displays in the Bulk Deli.
• Maintain cleanliness of the department during shifts.
• Support morning shift duties of replenishing product under direction of Bulk Deli Manager or Assistant Manager.

Typical fast‑paced grocery store environment. Requires lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, and visual and auditory awareness.
