Retail Sales Lead:
Drive sales, lead a team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Generate sales and motivate the team to reach targets.
• Provide constructive feedback to sales staff and resolve customer issues.
• Foster positive customer relationships and ensure high service quality.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment.
• Set and monitor personal and team productivity goals.
• Create an inclusive work environment and healthy competition among staff.
• Oversee store operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.

• 18 years or older.
• Open availability during weekends.
• Excellent sales skills with strong customer service and natural leadership.
• Fun, outgoing, confident, and engaging.
• Passion for the latest trends, fashion, and shoes.
• Driven and motivated to work hard and succeed.
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to talk to everyone.

• 2+ years as a cashier.
• 3+ years in customer service.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.

Sales Lead pay range: $18.00 – $18.00 per hour. Bonus opportunity based on performance. Full‑time roles are eligible for medical, dental, vision, company-paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
