ABOUT THE JOB

You are expected to oversee store operations during your shift, ensure adherence to policies and procedures, manage cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations. You will lead and mentor the crew, model the standards and expect the same from the team. This role supports store performance and guest experience in a fast-paced pizza delivery environment.

• Manage all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example and enforce store policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, brand image, attendance and punctuality, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Contribute to advancement opportunities within the organization (e.g., delivery driver to management, franchise ownership paths).

• General job duties for all store team members, including operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing product, handling orders (phone and in-person), inventory and paperwork, and daily cleaning of equipment and facilities.
• Training:
  Orientation and on-the-job training provided.
• Communication:
  Ability to comprehend and convey written instructions; verbal communication with customers and co-workers to process orders.

  Math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide), make correct monetary change, verbal and written communication, eye-hand coordination for dough handling and equipment use, and entry of orders via computer or touchscreen.
• Work Conditions:
  Ability to work in varying weather, store temperatures, exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces up to 500 degrees, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Standing, walking, lifting up to ~50 pounds, carrying, pushing, reaching, and occasional climbing or bending as described in job materials.

• Driving / Delivery Specifics:
  Valid driver's license with a safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery; navigational ability for deliveries; physical demands tied to driving and delivery duties.
