Operations Associate - Galleria At Tyler

Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. This early morning position involves working with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service – Maneuver around the store at a fast pace, assisting customers with questions and requests.
• Execute pricing and signing – Change ticket prices and sign merchandise across the store quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store – Pull and prepare merchandise for the sales floor to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Receive and unload merchandise – Work with co‑workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Backroom standards – Keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Omnichannel – Contribute to Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving.
• Merchandise strategy – Execute the plan communicated by leadership on where to place merchandise throughout the store, maintaining merchandising standards.
• Participate in a learning environment – Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

• Work experience – 1–2 years retail experience.
