Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience;
Lead your team and drive fulfillment goals, understand your role in supporting sales growth and how your departments and team contribute to and impact total store profitability;
Utilize workload planning tools to ensure your team completes all scheduled workload and all orders are fulfilled to meet the delivery, freshness, and service standards;
Review all fulfillment reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve;
Occasionally assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts based on store needs
