Location:
a specified Cox location. Compensation: $24.09 – $36.11 per hour, with potential commission and incentive program.
- Provide comprehensive support to numerous account holders, proactively identifying enhancement opportunities.
- Run and analyze reports for trends and compliance; prepare and audit vehicle run orders, scheduling, notice to customer account, vehicle repairs, accurate charge posting (pre‑sale and limited post‑sale), reporting, invoicing, etc.
- Serve as liaison between clients and all auction departments, coordinating vehicle transportation, ensuring timely delivery and resolving emerging issues.
- Ensure vehicle inventories meet specifications; examine vehicles in the sales lineup, verify inventory through various programs, identify missing vehicles, and collaborate with account representatives to prepare vehicles for sale with suitable imaging and announcements.
- Prepare and submit accurate invoices, post charges to Accounts Receivable, process and send invoices as needed, and actively pursue collections.
- Maintain documentation for client audits, including file jackets, Condition Reports, and required announcements such as Structural, Flood, True Miles Unknown, AS IS – NAAA guidelines for miles and age, Branded Title, Manufacturer’s Buyback, etc.
- Develop positive relationships with clients, explain auction processes, vehicle availability, and delivery procedures.
- Demonstrate effective prioritization, professionalism, and excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment; be receptive to change and able to multitask.
- High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of related experience, or 5 years of related experience required.
- Prior clerical or administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to operate adding machines and other office equipment (e.g., copier, fax machine).
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- 1–3 years of clerical or administrative experience in the automotive industry.
