** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
*** Leads the Bike Build team as they build, test, and complete bikes in partnership with the Service Manager.
* Supports the team’s performance to achieve the department’s daily builds, vision and goals through collaboration and teamwork.
* Provide coaching opportunities for the Bike Build Team with process improvements and change management.
* Provides training and mentorship to new Bike Build hires.
* Supports the development of new procedures and processes related to bike builds.
* Manages Quality Checks
* Oversees Jenson production tasks, including but not limited to sample builds, receiving, and kitting Jenson production bikes
* Generate and update department reports. Audit bike build data for accuracy.
* Help support bike building, picking, packing, down stocking, manifesting, kitting and warehouse special projects when needed.
* Promote a clean, efficient, safe and organized work environment by maintaining bike build area, tool inventory, safety equipment and packaging supplies.
