Position OverviewAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will focus on hunting new business and growing existing accounts. You’ll introduce companies to our advanced water and ice systems, demonstrate value through free in‑office trials, and close deals with confidence using our proven sales playbook.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect, contact, and secure new business clients
- Present and sell our products and services to decision‑makers
- Conduct in‑office product demonstrations and free trials
- Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide timely follow‑ups
- Attend networking events and trade shows to generate leads and referrals
- Minimum 1 year of outside B2B sales experience
- Exceptional hunter mentality with fearless prospecting skills
- Ability to network effectively and gain referrals
- Strong phone, presentation, and objection‑handling skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Professional, health‑conscious appearance
- Total sales compensation: $75,000 – $235,000+
- 75%+ close rate on free in‑office trials
- Base salary plus commissions, bonuses, and expense reimbursement
