Overview
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Manager to drive business growth across commercial vehicle and energy storage markets. This client-facing role is ideal for a professional who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing complex B2B deals. The Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle and develop long-term partnerships by delivering tailored technical solutions aligned with customer business needs.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial vehicle and energy storage sectors
- Serve as primary point of contact for new clients and lead product presentations and relationship development
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and handoff to delivery teams
- Build and maintain a 12–18 month sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management
- Translate customer requirements into tailored technical and commercial solutions
- Support pricing strategy, proposals, and negotiations to drive profitable growth
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience selling technical, engineered, or industrial products
- Proven ability to close mid- to large-scale commercial deals
- Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
- Strong financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margins, ROI discussions)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized
- Professional presence in client-facing environments
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
