Direct Appointment Setter - Orange

Renewal by Andersen is expanding our Direct Marketing Team in the greater Orange County Area!

Renewal by Andersen is looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes in Riverside, Corona, Inland Empire, and Rancho areas.

This position earns uncapped incentive from sales appointments generated in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year. Base pay starts at $23 an hour and is based on several factors including work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc.

This position is responsible for generating highly qualified leads by engaging in door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser must record accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area. Individuals in this role will be eligible for a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.
