Multi Retail Sales Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking passionate, hard‑working individuals to represent our brand as a tanning salon associate.

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon
• Opening and closing the business
• Completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walking customers to their rooms and teaching them how to use the tanning equipment when needed
• Attending off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7 hours per day)
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Starting pay: $17.50
