Sales Representative

Requirements & Skills

• Must be mechanically inclined.
• Experience with repairs/installations of doors and dock equipment, preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus).
• Knowledge of various commercial doors and door parts, preferred.
• Computer literate with typing skills to write up proposals, emails, purchase orders, etc.
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Reliable vehicle.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment is a must.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills.

• Meet sales volume & margin quotas.
• Communicate with crews, dispatcher and customers.
• Estimate pricing and prepare project proposals (good math and logic).
• Purchase project‑related materials.
• Provide customer service & support.
• Marketing / networking / prospecting for new customers.
• Perform various general office tasks.
