In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

This is a local, in‑home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote.

Pay Rate: $22.90 hourly + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

Part‑time schedule: afternoon and evening availability required.

• Standard 5‑day schedule from 4:05PM to 9:00PM (end time may vary based on customer needs).
• Flexible 4+ day schedule available in select markets: at least 25hrs per week across at least 4 days, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts between 12:05PM and 9:00PM.

Schedule availability is essential for this role.

We’re looking for individuals to work during our busiest hours. This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be on the front lines helping customers through our Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach. You’ll start with paid training to prepare you to work independently in the field and build skills in communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving.

• Serve: Meet customers in‑home, in‑office, or wherever they are. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire interaction, always prioritizing the customer first.
• Solve: Utilize your expertise to address and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide an understandable solution, and ensure customers leave with a resolution that works.
• Sell: Leverage Asurion’s range of products to offer tailored solutions. Listen actively to identify customer needs and position products uniquely to meet those needs.

Ongoing coaching and mentoring will support your growth and help you stay confident and tech‑savvy.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan) for a personal vehicle (motorcycle excluded).
• Personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Goal‑oriented with persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded, eager to learn a wide range of skills that carry through various career paths.
• Outgoing and thrives in human interaction.
• Maximum expected travel distance of 120 miles one‑way.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked and paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions based on sales performance paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3 weeks paid training.
• Early access to earned pay.
