Media as an Account Executive to promote our Broadcast + Digital Marketing Products and grow revenue across local, regional, and national markets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through in‑person client meetings, research, and daily cold‑calling.
• Cultivate existing business using the full suite of iHeart products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue and create effective marketing campaigns.
• Deliver compelling, data‑driven sales presentations and storytelling to meet client expectations.
• Plan and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.

• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven "go‑getter" attitude.
• Excellent relationship‑building, problem‑solving, and persuasive communication skills.
• Experience with cold‑calling and lead generation.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and social networking platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize day‑to‑day tasks.
• Digital/Media Sales experience is a plus.
• Additional experience managing complex, multi‑platform campaigns, analytics, or iHeart/audio advertising is desirable.
• Experience in a high‑growth sales environment is preferred.

• Base salary: $32,000 - $40,000 (commissions 7%‑16%).
