Used Vehicle Manager – DCH Subaru of Riverside

Lead a high‑volume used vehicle team, ensuring outstanding customer service and a high‑performing environment.

• Manage daily operations of the used vehicle department.
• Negotiate and desk car deals.
• Procure vehicles outside of auction platforms.
• Engage customers and the sales team to drive sales.
• Align performance with departmental and manufacturer objectives.

• Proven track record as a high‑volume Used Vehicle Manager.
• Strong knowledge of procurement outside auctions.
• Experience negotiating and desk car deals.
• Effective engagement with customers and the sales team.
• Desire to advance to a General Sales Manager role or higher.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent, 18+ years of age.

Salary: $12,000 – $20,000 monthly, plus short‑ and long‑term incentives based on performance.
