Marketing Coordinator – Sales Team

We are seeking an engaging, customer‑focused Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales Team. The role focuses on providing exceptional service, ensuring the team has necessary tools, and creating a positive guest experience.

• Answer incoming phone calls, qualify inquiries, and schedule calls with Sales & Catering Sales Manager.
• Send packages and address general questions.
• Create monthly recaps of leads and updates.
• Assist in creating contracts, estimates, and site tours.
• Prepare Sales & Catering kits and restock supply area as appropriate.
• Control office supplies and order supplies when necessary.
• Update Sales System with actuals after events.
• Send thank you cards/emails to clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Strong desire to make an impact on others.
• Outgoing and engaging personality.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.

$21.00 – $24.00 per hour.
