Responsibilities- Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options on the sales floor.
- Participate in community events and engage customers in the store.
- Fill online orders and handle returns.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information.
Work a shift between 9:00am and 9:00pm, including weekends. Monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
Qualifications- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change.
- Willingness to receive training and coaching if no prior sales experience.
Hourly rate: $20.825–$21.7125 plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year.
