Industrial Services Compensation
- Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000
- On Target Earnings: $175,000 to $200,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)
Our client is seeking a results‑driven Senior Account Manager to join their growing sales team. This role is responsible for developing new business and expanding existing client relationships with organizations that operate warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, production and logistics facilities. The ideal candidate is a consultative sales professional with a proven ability to build long‑term partnerships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships with industrial clients.
- Generate new business while expanding existing accounts through consultative sales.
- Conduct client meetings, identify opportunities, negotiate agreements, and present industrial service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
- 5+ years of Account Management, Business Development, or B2B sales experience.
- Experience selling industrial services or solutions to manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or production facilities preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing new business and growing existing accounts.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Competitive base salary of $80,000 to $100,000
- Uncapped commission plan with On Target Earnings of $175,000 to $200,000+
