Your mission is to translate the adrenaline of Stuttgart, the legacy of Le Mans, and the nuances of the brand's DNA into an unforgettable client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Evangelize the Brand: Educate and inspire clients by sharing deep knowledge of Porsche history, engineering milestones, and motor sport legacy.
- Curate the Journey: Guide high-net-worth individuals through a bespoke consultative purchase process, from custom allocations to final delivery.
- Deliver Expert Demonstrations: Conduct precision test drives that showcase the balance, dynamics, and emotional soul of our vehicles.
- Cultivate a Community: Build lifetime relationships, fostering client loyalty that extends to owner events, track days, and repeat business.
- Master the Product: Stay hyper-current on evolving Porsche technologies, custom options, and industry trends.
- Drive Results: Exceed premium sales targets and consistently maintain top-tier customer satisfaction scores.
- The Passion: A profound, demonstrable obsession with the Porsche brand, its history, and its community.
- The Record: Minimum 2+ years of high-performance sales experience (luxury automotive, aviation, yachting, or high-end luxury goods preferred).
- The Sophistication: Exceptional communication skills with the emotional intelligence to connect deeply with an affluent demographic.
- The Drive: Self-motivated, meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of excellence.
- The Tools: Tech-savvy with experience navigating modern CRM systems to manage a high-value pipeline.
- The Basics: Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record.
- Earning Potential: $50,000 – $150,000+ annually (Commission structure tied to performance).
