The role focuses on preventative maintenance and compliance services, increasing sales revenue by acquiring new business and managing existing accounts in the assigned territory. This is a salaried position with incentives for strong sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with fleet operators.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Present preventative maintenance and compliance solutions.
• Utilize CRM systems to track sales activity.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and incentive criteria.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and driven; willing to work independently.
• Early career sales experience or proven sales background acceptable.
• Some experience using Microsoft CRM beneficial.
• Computer literate.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsible for annual cleaning and maintenance of the diesel particulate filter at customer locations. Requires professional attitude, scheduling flexibility, and proficiency with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify substrate condition and perform Level I and Level II cleanings.
• Complete engine inspections to ensure compliance with VDEC specifications.
• Document data and submit reports via Digital Drop Box and FX Mobile work order system.
• Maintain professional scheduling to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor and flexibility in scheduling.
• Proficient use of computers.
• Experience with diesel particulate filter maintenance preferred.

Seeking an experienced diesel mechanic proficient in engine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and OEM software, across a variety of heavy‑duty truck and engine brands.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and breakdown repairs on heavy‑duty trucks.
• Diagnose engine issues using OEM software.
• Maintain equipment and tools for efficient repair.

Qualifications

• Experience in bumper‑to‑bumper preventative maintenance.
• Proficient in diagnostics and OEM repair software.
• Computer literate.
• Bilingual preferred.
