Outside Sales Representative (Pump Solutions)
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment. This position focuses on the Civil market segment, serving customers who rent Pumps for short- or long-term projects to move fluid.
Responsibilities- Generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet.
- Develop relationships with civil market customers.
- Present and conduct business reviews to management.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and customer retention goals.
- Work both indoors and outdoors, as required.
- B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
- Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
- Background with pump equipment highly desirable.
- Ability to give effective presentations.
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required.
CompensationBase pay range: $40,000.00 – $67,761.00. Total compensation may include base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
