The Large Project and Multifamily Team Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating all service-related activities for complex and high-volume multifamily residential and commercial projects. This position ensures seamless communication between builders, contractors, project managers, and internal departments to guarantee accurate order entry, timely delivery, and exceptional post-delivery service. The Team Lead acts as the central point of contact for assigned large-scale customer and projects, ensuring that all customer requirements are met with precision, professionalism, and efficiency.

• Makes contact with assigned customers via phone or email to develop therelationship.
• Prepare and process customer purchase orders, estimates, quotes, and change orders in accordance with company pricing and production policies.
• Understands and interpret the customer's needs and determine how to best process orders and quotes to meet the customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data within the company ERP/CRMsystem.
• Collaborate with distribution, manufacturing, scheduling, and logistics teams to meet project milestones and maintain production flow.
• Track project status and delivery timelines, proactively communicating updates or delays.
• Resolve customer issues and field concerns efficiently and professionally, coordinating corrective actions as needed, managing customer queries and claims.
• Minimumof three (3) yearsofexperience incustomerservice in a manufacturingordistribution environment.
• Industryknowledgeto include woodorhollow metaldoors,and/orhardware.
