You will greet and screen visitors, verify credentials, manage entry points, and conduct routine patrols to help reduce incidents while keeping a visible presence. Bring strong communication and customer service as you coordinate with site teams, respond to concerns, and document activity. We are agile, reliable, innovative, people-first, and integrity-driven.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, security-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Control entry and exit at gates and/or checkpoints by checking identification, issuing temporary credentials, verifying scheduled deliveries and pickups, and directing drivers to designated areas.

+ Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and vehicle logs, including documenting trailer numbers and/or seal information per site requirements.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and/or public responders as directed by post orders.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, dock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Guard Card/License is preferred.

+ Loss Prevention experience is preferred.

+ X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
