Job Description

We are looking for a security officer for an entry‑level position. The ideal candidate must be disciplined, operate with complete integrity and respect, and be self‑aware of their actions. They should be able to work as a team, be a hard‑worker, have self‑drive, and be committed to the mission of the job. The candidate must take their role as a security officer seriously, be punctual, presentable, and show excellent performance.

Training on medical procedures, CPR, tourniquet, pepper spray, and military skills is highly desirable.

Unarmed Security Guard

Entry Level: Full Time – Graveyard Shift

Uniforms are provided by Dinasty Security and consist of a long/short sleeve shirt, wind‑breaker, pants, and company hat.

• Duty Belt
• Handcuffs with handcuff holder
• Flashlight with flashlight holder
• Tactical security boots or patrol shoes (black)
• Security Badge

• Access control:
  Screen & register all incoming visitors
• Perform hourly patrols (walking or golf cart/Detex)
• Secure/guard facility and other designated areas
• Remain alert and observe for suspicious activity
• Create incident reports and notify the management team of any incidents
• Log in and log out trucks, trailers, containers, and temperatures
• Provide customer service with manners and respect at all times
• Check seal numbers on trucks, trailers, and containers
• Work as a team member
• Communicate with the client for reports
• Report daily activity logs and serious incident logs
• Protect and provide safety to the property

• Must be able to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 15–20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift
• Must pass a pre‑employment background check
• Reliable transportation
• Must have a California Guard Card (required)

License:
California Guard Card (required).

Education:

At least high school or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

Strong experience desired; entry‑level positions available for those new to the security industry.
