Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-related policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout showrooms, service areas, parking lots, inventory storage areas, and the perimeter;
Monitor entry and exit points, observe vehicle and pedestrian traffic, and report suspicious behavior;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed;
Support daily location operations by assisting with after-hours checks, monitoring restricted areas, and providing a visible presence during business hours and/or closing procedures
