Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive dealership by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of dealership buildings, vehicle display areas, service lanes, parking lots, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access points and observe vehicle, pedestrian, and delivery activity, reporting unusual conditions and maintaining required documentation;
Assist with maintaining an orderly, professional environment during business hours and after-hours operations while following Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines;
Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures
