Truck Gate Officer

Andy Frain Services, a leader in financial services, is seeking a Truck Gate Officer to control and secure truck access at our facility. In this role, you will verify driver IDs and load documentation, log vehicle movements, and perform visual and procedural security checks to protect people, property, and sensitive financial shipments. You will operate gate and surveillance systems, enforce safety and access protocols, and coordinate with security and operations teams.

Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, strong communication, and commitment to customer service and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control truck gate access to the facility
• Verify driver identification, load paperwork, and delivery schedules
• Perform security checks on incoming and outgoing vehicles
• Record vehicle entries, exits, and incidents in logs or systems
• Coordinate with security, operations, and dock teams on arrivals
• Enforce access control, safety, and compliance procedures
• Respond to security incidents and escalate as needed
• Provide professional customer service to drivers and visitors
• Use cameras and security systems to monitor gate area
• Support incident reporting and documentation requirements
