Licensed Pest Control Technician

We're hiring a full-time Licensed Pest Control Technician to help protect homes and businesses throughout Riverside County, CA. You'll enjoy variety in your workdays and perform fulfilling hands‑on work that positively impacts every client!

• Pay:
  We're offering a salary of $50,000 – $85,000+ per year (base pay & performance/production bonuses).
• Schedule:
  
  You'll work flexible hours during the day shift. We cover locations throughout SoCal.

• Inspecting homes and businesses for signs of pests before performing safe and compliant removal and heat treatment services.
• Following all regulations and company policies as you remove bed bugs, structural pests, and more.
• Detailing your work in accurate service reports.
• Keeping your work truck and equipment clean and well‑maintained.
• Treating every client and property respectfully.

• Valid California Branch 2 license.
• Current CA driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments.
• Ability to serve locations throughout Riverside County, CA.
• Professional appearance and customer service‑focused attitude.

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish).
• Commercial pest control experience.
• Heat treatment experience.
