Overview Join a stable commercial HVAC contractor serving Los Angeles County and North Orange County. You’ll tackle a steady mix of preventive maintenance, service, repairs, and standard diagnostics across a year-round portfolio—primarily within the LA territory and supported by experienced leadership.

What You’ll Do Maintain and service commercial HVAC systems

Diagnose electrical, airflow, refrigeration, and heating problems

Work on RTUs, package units, split systems, and heat pumps

Replace motors, belts, capacitors, contractors, and filters

Capture accurate digital tickets, notes, and photos

Keep truck stock organized for quick turnarounds

Communicate clearly with clients and office personnel

Required Qualifications 4+ years of HVAC field experience

EPA certification

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Self-directed, able to work independently

Dependable and professional

Preferred Qualifications Commercial HVAC experience

RTU-specific experience

Background with property management accounts

VRF and controls exposure
