Facilities Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks.
• Assist with office relocations and minor construction projects.
• Handle warehousing, inventory control, and record‑keeping practices.
• Work independently while collaborating with the Facilities team.

• High School diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience performing preventive facilities maintenance and repair tasks.
• Experience with warehousing, inventory control, and record‑keeping is desired.

• OSHA 10 certification.
• Cal‑OSHA Asbestos O&M Initial 16‑hour course (OSHA class
  3).
