The Field Supervisor will be responsible for most post‑installation responsibilities and service work as it relates to performance and system uptime with the support of associated engineering and deployment teams.

  • Evaluate the work of technicians and electricians to provide both quarterly and yearly performance reviews, control overall regional spend, and propose cost‑effective solutions when needed.
  • Provide necessary “On‑boarding”, “On‑The‑Job‑Training”, and training resources to Field Service Technicians. Work with Engineering and Training departments to ensure effective processes are in place.
  • Responsible for day‑to‑day operations: act on actual events, arrange resources, monitor progress, review expense reports and timesheets for accuracy.
  • Safety‑oriented: prioritize safety standards for the field and elevate activities that may jeopardize the safety of field technicians or equipment.
What You’ll Bring
  • Commercial or Utility Scale Industrial Storage experience preferred with 1+ years creating scopes of work for maintenance or electrical services.
  • 3+ years of experience working within maintenance, operations, and management.
