Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner across hospital facilities;
Perform repairs and preventative maintenance including carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical work, HVAC, and painting;
Safely handle power tools while adhering to hospital guidelines;
Contribute to the Engineering Department by performing general maintenance; experience in construction is a plus;
Communicate effectively in written and verbal form
