Magnolia Home Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team in Riverside, CA. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and enjoys mentoring others, we want to hear from you.

• Lead residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
• Oversee and train installation helpers and junior installers
• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and indoor air quality products
• Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
• Maintain accurate job documentation and inventory
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job

• 3+ years of Lead HVAC Installer experience
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Ability to lead a crew and manage jobs efficiently
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset

• $35.00 per hour
