Job SummaryWe seek a skilled repair person to maintain and repair mobile office units—both interior and exterior—within our Riverside territory. The role is field‑based and may require overnight stays. Responsibilities include electrical, HVAC, plumbing troubleshooting and repair, carpentry work, and ensuring units meet our quality standards to maintain customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability.

$30.72 to $33.72‑Hr DOE
Essential Functions- Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC issues
- Identify and remediate dry rot
- Complete full unit refurbishments, including custom modifications
- Oversee and train Level 1 and Level 2 Service Technicians
- Install new exterior doors, door hardware, and windows, restoring units to original configurations
- Install and replace plumbing fixtures and components, including waste and freshwater supply lines
- Diagnose and repair basic electrical issues
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent experience considered
- Experience:
- 3+ years verifiable experience as a Carpenter, Foreman, or construction‑related Field/Customer Service representative with limited to no supervision
- Strong understanding and interpretation of factory drawings
- Experience completing full unit refurbishments
- Excellent leadership and training skills
- Ability to add new exterior doors and windows, restoring units to original configurations
- Proficiency in installing complete coffee bars, counters, and other custom modifications
- Understanding of electrical and plumbing schematics with the ability to perform standard testing, repair, and replacement
- Working knowledge of mechanical‑electric control systems; HVAC certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license

- Exterior Doors (Cut & Frame‑In Stock & Custom, Electrical Reroute)
- Interior Doors (Frame & Install)
- Windows—Interior & Exterior
- Electrical—Install New Outlet/Circuit, Troubleshoot, Install New Light Switch/Load Center, Move or Add Light Fixture
- Plumbing/Restroom Fixtures
- Interior Wall Coverings—New and Replacement
- Roofing—New Installation
- Interior Ceiling—Complete Replacement
- HVAC Components—Remove & Replace
- HVAC—Replace Entire Unit, Upgrade Power Supply Wire, Troubleshoot Electrical, Install New Thermostat, Install New Ducting, Relocate Vents
- Chassis—Remove & Replace, Install New on Modulars
- Identify workflow flaws and suggest improvements
- Maintain accurate material inventory
- Complete field services as needed
- Documented training experience for Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians
Physical Requirements
- Climb up and down ladders and equipment
- Work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for extended periods
- Lift 50 pounds and carry 25 pounds for up to 250 feet unassisted
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Work more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
