About the Work Install commercial rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, heat pumps, and related components

Complete equipment change-outs and retrofit replacements

Fabricate/fit duct modifications, transitions, and curb adaptors

Interpret drawings and adapt to field conditions

Coordinate crane picks, deliveries, and on-site crews

Keep jobsites organized, clean, and safe Communicate clearly with office staff and customers

Coach apprentices and mid-level installers on best practices

Rely on an experienced support staff and steady commercial workload

What You Bring

Required5+ years of HVAC installation experience

Valid driver’s license

Proven reliability and strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Preferred

Background in commercial retrofit projects

Experience serving as a lead installer

Hands-on RTU replacement experience

Sheet metal and duct alteration skills
