The full salary range for the Painter position is $40.64 – $45.74 per hour, with expected pay up to $45.74 per hour. Base salary offers take into account education, licensure, certifications, experience, and other organizational considerations. The Painter reports to the Maintenance Supervisor in the Facilities Services Maintenance Department and supports the painting needs of the University of California, Riverside campus.

• Coordinate and communicate with campus customers to understand their needs and fulfill work order requests for painting services.
• Perform painting services on indoor and outdoor surfaces, structures, street postings, signs, asphalt, and curbs.
• Collaborate with other skilled trades to prepare new campus builds for launch and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all painting activities.

• Current work authorization is required at the time of acceptance.
