Puragain Water is hiring an experienced Water Filtration Install Tech to join our growing team. If you're a plumber or plumbing tech who enjoys hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a fast-moving company, this is the role for you.

Growth and Expansion: Puragain Water aims to open six new stores this year and three additional stores annually, with a goal of nationwide expansion. Each store will employ 10–15 people, contributing to an increase in workforce from 200 to 350 employees.

Overview:

Puragain Water is hiring an experienced and reliable Water Filtration Install Tech to join our growing team. If you're a plumber or plumbing tech who enjoys hands-on work, helping customers, and being part of a fast-moving company, this is the role for you.

• Complete 1–2 residential installations per day, servicing water filtration systems with precision, professionalism, and top-tier customer service.
• Perform professional installation of water filtration systems in customer homes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing and system performance.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners.
• Maintain accurate install/service records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth scheduling and execution.

Pay: $55,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience and productivity)

• 2+ years of plumbing experience
• Own a reliable truck or van and have tools for the job
• Comfortable with basic plumbing and water filtration installations
• Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
• Able to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
