Friendly Franchisees Corp is seeking an Apartment HVAC Technician for multi-family communities in Riverside, CA. This hands-on, roving role requires EPA/HVAC certification and the ability to travel between Inland Empire and Orange County properties.
Expect a competitive hourly rate and on-call weekend work as needed. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair HVAC systems, and coordinate with residents to ensure comfort and safety across properties.
