Responds quickly to emergency water/fire damage claims;
Performs inspections and documents work per policy;
Performs water mitigation including extraction, contents pack-out, demolition as directed;
Sets up and operates dehumidifiers, air movers, and air scrubbers;
Monitors and documents daily job activities and outcomes;
Operates field restoration tasks including demolition and cleaning; completes job at completion with customer signatures
