Job DescriptionDeliver Goods Safely While Supporting Our Mission.
Goodwill Southern California is hiring a Truck Driver – Class C to operate bobtail trucks transporting goods between retail stores and designated facilities. This role focuses on safety, service, and route efficiency.
What You’ll Do- Perform daily vehicle inspections using Geotab.
- Follow DMV and company safety regulations.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload goods per route manifest.
- Complete all required documentation and submit required photos.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and deliver great service.
- Operate trucks and related equipment safely and responsibly.
- Maintain a valid CA Class C license and acceptable driving record.
- 1–2 years of bobtail driving experience preferred; air brakes experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must pass Big Joe Operator certification within 90 days.
