Job Description
Domino's is seeking qualified drivers to deliver pizza and provide outstanding customer service while supporting store operations.
Responsibilities- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Deliver product by car and to the customer’s door.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Maintain safety and high‑quality control throughout the shift.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Good navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination suitable for rapid, precise movements.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer or touch screen.
- Physical fitness for standing, walking, carrying, pushing, climbing, and lifting heavy items (up to 50 lb).
- Good vision, hearing, and mobility.
- Prior experience in a fast‑moving environment preferred.
- Standing and walking for most tasks.
- Carrying cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 lb.
- Climbing stairs or ladders to access high areas.
- Reaching above 72 in and bending forward continuously at the assembly station.
- Frequent use of forearms, wrists, and hands for shaping dough, using pizza peel, and cutting.
- Work in variable temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F or higher.
- Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
- Handling sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Varying and sometimes adverse weather when driving.
- Exposure to fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Working in cramped quarters including walk‑in coolers.
