Fueler Management – Individual Contributor

Specified Cox location (no remote option)

Compensation:
Hourly base pay $18.17–$27.21/hour (may vary based on location and qualifications). Eligibility for commission or incentive programs may apply.

• Distribute and accurately record gasoline disbursed in vehicles.
• Enter fuel usage in AS400 via TC75.
• Start vehicles, check fuel gages, mark vehicles that need fuel, and return to fuel them.
• Report and record Auction gasoline levels and alert proper person to avoid running out of gasoline in main fill area.
• Report inoperable vehicles to Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Jump start vehicles and put air in tires if needed.
• Report damage or malfunctioning equipment on vehicles (e.g., pumps, fuel trucks).
• Assist customers in locating vehicles.
• Assist in sale day duties as needed (e.g., drive, act as lane leader, jump start vehicles, etc.).
• Assist in audits of gasoline disbursement when necessary.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
• Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of experience in a related field, OR a higher degree or certification beyond HS level in a related discipline, OR 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; safe driver required.
• Physical capabilities:
  Regularly stand, walk, reach, talk and hear; frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, squat and climb; medium strength; able to lift 1–50 pounds; vision required: close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship; no OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship.

• Exposure to outdoor elements, including extreme heat and cold.
• Moderate noise level.

To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre‑employment drug test. This position does not require a marijuana test; however, the workplace is drug‑free. Possession, use or being under the influence of illegal drugs during work hours, on company property or in company vehicles is prohibited.

• Minimum 16 hours of paid time off (PTO) every month.
