• Greeting our customers and ensuring they have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done.
• Helping make sure our facilities are clean and safe environments for our customers and associates.
• Building your skills through training and hands‑on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires and performing preventive maintenance repairs.
• Completing other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to work well as part of a team.
• The ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Requirement to understand and comply with Penske management instructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other information.
• Must perform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and Penske safety and maintenance policies, including correct tool selection, PPE, machine guarding, and established best safety practices.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function.
• Requires a current Driver Qualification File, including an annual MVR check, DOT physical, and Safety Performance History records. CDL holders must undergo a DOT drug screening within 30 days of start and be subject to FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
• Will work the required schedule, location, submit to background screening, pass a drug screen and physical as required by the Department of Transportation, and may travel within a near geography for training.

• Move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods during the scheduled work period.
• Use hands routinely to grasp, reach, touch, handle, feel, and operate required tools or controls.
• Work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated platforms.
• Work safely in all weather conditions.
• Be able to see and hear to navigate the workplace with large trucks moving.
• Regularly lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg). Push or pull truck tires that exceed 100 lbs.

Pay - $25.45 hr
