Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Here's what we're looking for.

• Minimum 3 years of stockroom experience in a manufacturing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel); M2M experience preferred
• Basic math skills (including fractions and decimals)
• Ability to read a tape measure; caliper experience preferred
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience required
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in English
• Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Availability to work Saturday rotations

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for manufactured and purchased parts using the Made2
  
  Manage (M2M) system, including receiving, issuing, and reporting discrepancies
• Process job pick lists by pulling, ordering, and routing parts to designated departments
• Generate inventory and material availability reports; record all transactions in M2M
• Order and maintain shop supplies and stockroom inventory levels
• Complete daily cycle counts and support Accounting updates
• Provide backup support to Shipping & Receiving and assist Customer Service/Expeditor as needed
