Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- 1+ years of experience
- Great attention to detail
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to understand units of measure (feet, inches, pounds, each, rolls, etc.)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems preferred
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Receive incoming parts, raw materials, and shipments from carriers and internal departments
- Route and organize materials to correct storage or production locations
- Pull and deliver materials to support production work orders
- Fill and release shortage-free work orders to assembly areas
- Process outgoing shipments using proper packaging methods and carrier selection
- Prepare shipments based on sales orders and planning system data
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials while verifying counts and packaging accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records and transaction updates in MRP/ERP systems
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Record all incoming and outgoing transactions in system databases
- Support general warehouse operations and additional duties as assigned
