Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift, Monday – Friday

We are looking for an experienced forklift operator to work in a 3PL warehouse environment. Your role will involve operating forklifts and other power equipment, picking, inventory, and maintaining warehouse safety and accuracy.

• Operate Cherry Pickers, Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, and Clamp equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use Zebra RF scanners to perform picking, put-away, inventory transactions, and order processing.
• Work within warehouse management systems (WMS) and 3PL operations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse.
• Organize inventory within modular racking systems and designated storage locations.
• Verify inventory, orders, and materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Follow warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity and operational goals.
• Assist with additional warehouse and material handling duties as assigned.

• 1–3 years of experience in a WMS and 3PL warehouse environment.
• 1–3 years of forklift experience, including Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, and Clamp equipment.
• Experience using Zebra RF scanners for inventory and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 25–75 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
• Comfortable working overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and material handling processes.

Base pay range reflects expected compensation for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision coverage; retirement and savings plans, paid holidays, and additional wellness or incentive programs.
