Job Summary

The role of Warehouse Supervisor – Day Shift – is a full‑time management position located in Riverside, MO, US. The salary range is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year. The Supervisor leads a team of production and warehouse employees to safely and efficiently meet daily goals for quality, output, and on‑time delivery while modeling hands‑on leadership and clear communication with every employee.

The position requires regular communication across a diverse workforce; bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at the assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Review performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching and retaining warehouse staff.
• Enforce company policies, procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Serve as the main communication link between operations, employees and customers.
• Inspire accountability, set clear goals and promote positive workplace culture.
• Maintain consistent communication with internal and external management teams.
• Ensure customer expectations of quality and service are achieved.
• Review and analyze daily and weekly reports for continuous improvement.
• Administer employment tasks including scheduling, performance reviews, corrective actions, separations, attendance and payroll data.
• Recruit, hire, train and retain employees.
• Administer operations standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety and on‑time delivery.
• Act as interface between operations, customers, administration, employees and logistics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to frontline employees.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Ability to translate and support clear communication across diverse teams.
• Effective communication skills with team members, customers and senior leadership.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a warehouse or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed production and operational goals.
• Experience with employee scheduling, performance management and HR processes.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing reports and identifying areas for improvement.
• Commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.

• Physically demanding role in a warehouse/production environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to move or lift equipment, products and materials.
• Exposure to dust, loud noise and fluctuating temperatures (hot and cold).
