Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk Riverside CA Contract - 1st Shift, 5/40 Pay Rate: $27.78/Hr.

Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk Support day-to-day warehouse operations focused on receiving, shipping, material handling, and documentation accuracy. Help ensure materials flow efficiently, safely, and in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk U.S. Citizenship required.
• Experience in warehousing, stores, or materials handling operations.
• Ability to be trained and apply supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver day-to-day objectives with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Ability to follow established routines, standards, and work instructions.
• General awareness of systems and procedures related to warehouse or material control activities.
• Clerical skills including data entry, file copying, and filing.

• Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk Accurately and timely receive inventory into SAP.
• Coordinate manifesting, preparation, and delivery of ASO books to Iron Mountain.
• Assist with cycle count activities and inventory reconciliation.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S and workplace safety standards.
• Communicate with Materials, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and support operational workflow.
• Follow company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Support special projects, urgent material requests, and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.

• Shipping, Receiving and Inventory Clerk SAP knowledge.
• High school, secondary school, or equivalent education.
