Fulfillment Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist 1 to join their team. As a Fulfillment Specialist 1, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting warehouse and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 22.00 per hour

• Work quickly and safely to handle products in our warehouse.
• Process inventory fulfillment inquiries and assemble custom kits.
• Receive and document inventory in compliance with company procedures and standards.
• Operate small machines including pallet jacks, scales, folders, and cutters.
• Load, unload, and move items using carts, pallets, and jacks, sometimes weighing up to 1500 lbs.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Physical strength and stamina to move objects and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Attention to detail for order accuracy and safety compliance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
